Issue 4 will be Queer & Loathing in Wonderland. Think Snow White with a bazooka or cannibal Munchkins in Oz and you're thinking along the right lines!

From Issue 5 onward, to broaden our appeal and the number of submissions we receive, we won't have themed issues except as the odd occasional treat. Looking over the subs we've had for the past few months, there have been some really great stories we've just had to reject because they didn't fit the remit of that particular issue. We don't want to have to keep doing that, so if you have something off-theme you'd like to submit, send it via the usual channels and put '[Unthemed]' after the title in your subject line.

We're also hoping to increase upfront payment to 0.5p (approx. 1c) per word. We'll also begin accepting the odd reprint, if you query first and it's really amazing, but it's unlikely we'll publish much that isn't new. We prefer our literature to be cutting edge and fresh, after all.

We will also be accepting multimedia and online content, but payment will be at reduced rates for anything published solely online. If you have reviews, interviews or articles you'd like to send us, email it to editor@polluto.com.
